BANK NIFTY WEEKLY CHART STUDY
Almost for past full month we mention that bank nifty important support level is 14700 and till the time we not see close below this level, we can expect a bounce back from this level.
Last week also same thing happen nifty able to bounce from this range, and able to hit our mention level of 15400-500 range.
One thing to observe here is, nifty making a new high’s in last month but bank nifty unable to break its life time high which was made in month of may, and pattern here we can spot is a “FLAG PATTER” on chart now.
As per this flag patter bank nifty is moving into range of 14700-15750 range almost 1000 point range as of now, so this can be consider as a good consolidation in this flag pattern, so any time if bank nifty able to move and close above 15750-800 levels, then up side we can see a good up move or even a breakout kind of move till 16500-17500-18500 level in coming months.
As of now on weekly basis we can see good resistance at 15750 level any negative close near to this level can lead for a time being correction level of 15500-15350-15200-15000 also, good breakout we can expect only above 15750 level.
So for selling side one can look to sell near to this resistance range only, for buying one can buy on mention support levels with nearest support as stop loss.
